GUEST SPEAKERS:

Katie Danielson - "Parenting to Instill Habits that Lead to Joy "

Katie Danielson serves as the principal at Ave Maria Academy in Maple Grove, MN. Prior to this leadership position, she taught 5th-8th grade for seven years. Katie received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Saint Thomas and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Dayton. Katie and her husband, Mike, recently celebrated 10 years of marriage and have five children. Katie will use her years of experience in mentoring children toward virtue to encourage us in our efforts to form good habits in ourselves and our children, as well as give us practical ways to do it!

Jean Stolpestad - "Choosing Greater Joy in Your Marriage "

Jean Stolpestad works for the Archdiocese of Saint Paul & Minneapolis as the Director of the Office of Marriage, Family and Life. Using her in-depth knowledge and experience in mentoring parents and families toward the fullness they are called to, she has dedicated many years working for various organizations that support the family. Jean has been married to her husband, Craig, for 37 years and they have three sons and three grandchildren. Jean is excited to bring her expertise to give us a deeper understanding of how to live the JOY of Sacramental Marriage and how The Wedding at Cana icon speaks to the blessing of our own marriages.
