Event description

Description

Join experienced therapist teacher Diana Coldman in this nourishing and uplifting two-day Retreat to explore and expand your level of spiritual development and foster the resilience and skills needed to create your vision for the future. Immerse yourself in shamanic crafting and drumming, access wisdom from your spirit animal and guides and hone your clairvoyant, clairaudient, clairsentient or claircognizant psychic abilities. Set in a tranquil rural location, you’ll have time to observe and become aware of the synchronistic messages vying for your attention and will also receive an indepth card reading to glimpse your soul’s unique path at this time. Moments of quiet reflection, meditation and healing complete this unique Retreat.

With Diana's guidance, if time permits, it may also be possible to share space with her two horses and be introduced to mindfulness and animal communication.

Administration

Spiritual Development retreats are strictly on a one-to-one basis, deeply personal and open to individuals seeking a haven and time away from everyday ‘things’ in order to rediscover and reconnect with their inner work. Refreshments and lunch are included both days. Please bring suitable outdoor wear for the time of year and any writing materials you may wish to use.

You can choose the retreat with one or two night bed & breakfast accommodation in our self-contained Shaman’s Retreat annexe, comprising a first floor double en-suite bedroom with juliette balcony, downstairs living room with wood burner and breakfast room with therapy space. Information is provided on local eateries and restaurants for dinner.

The retreat runs from 10.30am - 5pm both days
