About Thomas Xenakis 

Thomas Xenakis teaches drawing, painting, and design at Georgetown University in Washington DC, Marymount University in Arlington, Virginia and Prince Georges Community College in Largo, Maryland. He has taught painting and drawing at the Corcoran School of Art and Design, and Northern Virginia Community College. He has been involved in many study abroad tenures to Greece and Italy in academic programs. Thomas is continually working in his Washington DC studio and maintains an artist studio near Perugia, Umbria, Italy, as well. He is represented in collections throughout the United States, Greece, France and Germany. Since 2003 Thomas has been working on an ongoing series of sculpted and painted mixed media gilded panels with a variety of precious metals, titled XPYSO (GOLD).

The exhibit will run for a month through Monday, February 29, 2016
