SPINNING BABIES MEETS BIRTHWORK
SUNSHINE COAST

Spinning Babies founder, Gail Tully is gracing us Down Under with her presence and company. She will be blending body-oriented birth wisdom with Fiona Hallinan and Jenny Blyth of Birthwork and Fasciatherapist Marcello Windolph.

Together they will combine skills and practice for
  • enabling a more comfortable mother and baby during pregnancy
  • optimising a baby's presentation for delivery
  • ease of birth and recovery
In other words, this is the information that can support the wellbeing of mothers and babies, help mothers reach their anatomical potential for birth, and avoid unnecessary intervention.

This workshop presents an extraordinary blend of body knowledge, body awareness, bodywork and profoundly attentive tender touch that has been appreciated all around the world by parents-to-be, midwives, doulas, osteopaths, chiropractors, and bodyworkers.

Don’t miss this precious opportunity to delve deeper into effective ways of facilitating birth and positively enhancing your practice. This invaluable material is practical and do-able in any birth environment. All of this information can be easily passed on and shared.

She is also founding Mother of Minnesota's Childbirth Collective, the first coordinator of the Hennepin County Medical Center’s Doula Project. Gail also became doula trainer for innovative non-profits, such as FUMC’s Somali Doula Program and St. Paul’s American Indian Family Center's Turtle Women.

MARCELLO WINDOLPH

Picture

Marcello Windolph is a certified Perceptive Educator and Fasciatherapist DBM based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. He was a professional musician and then trained in traditional arts of healing and ‘developing perception’ in China as a student of the legendary 19th generation Taoist lineage holder and traditional medicine specialist, Wang Liping, before becoming a student of Prof. Danis Bois (founder of Fasciatherapy DBM and Perceptive Education) at the University in Paris.
Marcello’s interest lies in methods of developing perception as a foundation and entrance to bodywork. He regularly presents at Spinning Babies workshops and conferences.
‘At Spinning Babies we realize the importance of soft tissue work for optimal physiology, and fascia therapy unites and optimises all the soft tissue function.
The gift of Marcello’s work is connecting bodywork modalities through fascia release.’
