What to Expect: WISE Cleveland and Baldwin Wallace University Sports Club have partnered together to bring you a fast-paced evening with industry leaders to discuss current issues that shape the modern sport industry and the impact sport has on society.

Event Format: Attendees will be assigned to one table for the evening based on information collected during online registration. Each table comprises a facilitator, 6-10 mentees and a rotating mentor. For each rotation, one mentor will spend 12 minutes discussing pre-set topics and answering “Hot Seat” questions from our attendees. Each table will have the opportunity to hear from at least three mentors. Our attendees will leave the event engaged, inspired and equipped with key learnings that can be applied in the workplace.
