Event description

Description

Every 1st Monday at Busboys Anacostia. (September's Social Hour will take place September 9th due to the Labor Day holiday)

The motto: "Disconnect to Reconnect"... that's disconnect from online to reconnect offline...

Get ready to put your phone down, unplug from the digital world and meet new people during Busboys and Poets' Speed Conversations Social Hour!

Speed Conversations Social Hour is a new collaboration between Lifestyle Entertainment Host Krystal Glass and Busboys and Poets, created as an outlet for DMV's "30-somethings" young professionals to interact during 1-on-1 5 minute conversations. Not to be confused with Speed Dating... Speed Conversations is a true social outlet for people to socialize, connect, and meet new people. Perfect for introverts, and extroverts.

The topic of conversation will be provided by event host Krystal Glass, making the conversation fun and no pressure.
