Join us for a unique workshop on Performance Management using nonprofit data! This hands-on workshop was developed as a follow up to our presentation at the annual MNN conference.
This morning session, led by nonprofit thought leaders Ellen Bass of the Capacity Institute and 501Partners' Stefanie Archer, offers guidance for measuring outcomes, analyzing data, and redefining success. You will engage in exercises defined to help you identify what data to collect and better align your measurement tools to meet your mission. Understand what's working (and what's not) with your current program logic model and use this forum to ask all of your pressing questions.
In the afternoon we are pleased to offer our Bootcamp PLUS training: Salesforce Toolbox for Admins. Take one or both workshops!
