Get into the holiday spirit making crafts. We know that special needs kids might need extra help, extra time, and extra space to complete crafts. We also know that many special needs kids are not always working on an age-appropriate level. Beacuse of this, crafts will be appropriate for ALL AGES, and all ages are welcome (yes, this means you!).
This event is intended for special needs children and adults. You do not need to live in League City to attend.
NT siblings are welcome.
Hopefully this will answer all the questions people have, but if there’s anything I’ve missed, please feel free to ask me by sending me an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Thanks!
Does my child need to have an offical diagnosis?
No. Any disability that would interfere with taking part in traditional trick or treating means that you’re welcome.
Are siblings allowed?
Yes, NT siblings are allowed. Please be sure to also get a ticket for them.
What ages are allowed?
I know that I put “kids” in the title, but kids come in all ages. As long as the “kid” is interested and has special needs, they’re invited. There is no cut-off age or age limits.
Can I help my kid?
Yes! The goal is to include kids (and adults) who need extra help and room.
Do I need to live in League City to attend?
Nope! You don’t have to live here in League City to attend. It’s being held at the League City library, but it’s a private event, and there are no restrictions as to where you need to live in order to attend.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Yes, please do bring your tickets. Since the event needs to be controlled in terms of numbers, we would like to make sure that only those who pre-register attend.
Can I volunteer or contribute financially to the event?
Yes, if you would like to man a table, please contact Kate at email@example.com. If you are at a table, you do not need to bring a craft - crafts will be provided. If you want to bring a craft, however, you are welcome to.
