iAngels Founding Partner, Mor Assia will be leading a discussion aimed at unravelling what it takes to build an internationally recognized blockchain hub. About the Speakers

Mor Assia

Mor is a Founding Partner and co-CEO of iAngels, with over 15 years experience assisting global corporations define new corporate strategies, M&A activities and technological pivots, working on the corporate level of blue chip companies such as SAP, IBM and Amdocs.

Mor’s analytical and leadership skills were formed in the elite “8200” intelligence unit of the Israeli Defense Forces, one of Israel’s prime sources of Technology innovation. Writing code at the age of 16 and a native English speaker, she was chosen from thousands of applicants to work as an analyst on top secret technologies and critical intelligence.

She holds an MBA from Columbia University (New York) and is a Mathematics and Computer Science Graduate from the Technion, Israel’s Institute of Technology (Haifa)

Bernie Moreno

Bernie Moreno has been described as the high-octane luxury car dealer and influential Cleveland civic leader, who wants to make Northeast Ohio a national epicenter of all things blockchain. Bernie and scores of other local leaders have come together to create Blockland, an ambitious effort to transform Cleveland into an epicenter of blockchain technology, innovation, education, research, training and entrepreneurship.

Dr. Elad Granot

Dr. Elad Granot is the co-chair of the entrepreneurial environment node in the Blockland initiative. He is the Dean of the Dauch College of Business and Economics at Ashland University. Dr. Granot serves on a number of boards, has advised numerous tech startups, and is the founder and managing member of a boutique VC fund.

Lior Lamesh, CEO of Puzzzle

Lior worked as a cybersecurity expert in the Prime Minister Office. Prior to that, he worked as an embedded software engineer at Cigol Digital Systems Ltd. (acquired by Mellanox Technologies). He also served as a Lieutenant in the Israeli Air Force (Flight cadet academy & UAVs operator). Lior holds an MBA and Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Bar-Ilan University.


Asaph Schulman, CEO of Coinmama is an entrepreneur who held a wide range of roles in startups in Israel and Australia over the past 20 years. In his last role, he served as VP Marketing for Checkmarx, Israel's fastest growing cybersecurity company, where he led the company through a X85 revenue growth. He's been involved in cryptocurrency since 2013 and was involved in bringing the first Bitcoin ATM to Israel.
