Jordan Cooper is an entrepreneur who’s been around the block. From his associate role at General Catalyst Partners to founding, growing, and eventually selling his own company, Hyperpublic Inc., he’s done it all. In this candid livestream, Jordan will share with you what it takes to grow, develop, and if you choose, sell your own company. As Managing Director at Lerer Ventures, Jordan will provide students with an inside scoop on LV’s investment criteria as well as some insights on the most innovative companies in its portfolio. You’ll be treated to an expert opinion on the current economy as well as how it affects entrepreneur’s access to capital. This exclusive opportunity is a chance to gain a wealth of knowledge from an industry expert.

Jordan Cooper is a Managing Director at Lerer Ventures. Most recently Jordan was Co-Founder & CEO of Hyperpublic, which was acquired by Groupon. Jordan was previously an investor at General Catalyst Partners, a $2.5 Billion early stage venture capital firm in Harvard Square. Jordan left General Catalyst to become Founder & CEO of Untitled Partners, a consumer finance/internet startup backed by Bessemer Venture Partners. He is a graduate of Dartmouth College and blogs at jordancooper.wordpress.com.
