Description

Local high school and college students are invited to Stamford's first ever open mic night "Speak Your Truth" - being a teen in today's America. Purpose of this event is to give a creative platform for local students to express their political and social views in a supportive, artistic setting; to promote voter registration and turnout; to bring awareness to issues affecting today's youth.

Tickets: FREE to students and performers. Suggested donation for adults. Limited seating available.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

Free garage parking available - enter on Surburban Street. Follow signs to church parking area and enter church from the garage. Drop off is along Main Street - enter the enclosed courtyard and follow signs into the church.

High school and college students are welcome. Preference given to Stamford residents. Adults welcome, but very limited seating.
