About this Event

Speak Up is thrilled to announce our first annual Henry A. Wolcott School “Stories for Students,” an evening of storytelling featuring the teachers of Wolcott School plus West Hartford’s Superintendent of Schools Tom Moore.

Join us on Saturday, February 8, at 7:00 PM in the Wolcott School auditorium for this adults-only night of hilarious, heartbreaking stories from the lives of the teachers who make Wolcott School such a special place.

Tickets are just $10, and best of all, 100% of proceeds from the event will be donated to Wolcott Welcoming Schools Initiative, providing funds for students and families in need.

Our cast features:

• Superintendent of Schools Tom Moore

• Fourth grade teachers Michelle Sebastianelli and Steve Brouse

• Instrumental music teacher Dan Luongo

• Spanish teacher Monica Malaver

• Curriculum specialist Sharon Snow

• Fifth grade teacher and Artistic Director of Speak Up Matthew Dicks

The show will be hosted by former Wolcott School and current Morely School third grade teacher and Executive Director of Speak Up Elysha Dicks.

Seats are limited, so be sure to purchase your tickets soon. You won’t want to miss this entertaining night of stories.
