Do you speak the way others think? As HealthCare Professionals, it is extremely important to communicate in a way that your message is heard and understood. However, you communicate the way your brain thinks – in your natural thinking style – but not necessarily in the style of your listeners.
By combining the words from the brain’s 4 thinking styles (i.e., Whole Brainâ Thinking), you will maximize the way people understand, retain, and take action on what you say. Whatever the forum for communication and discussion, you can ensure that you engage every listener, every time — and be memorable!
In this interactive session, you will:
v Begin to identify your individual thinking style
v Understand the four different ways that the brain communicates
v Learn to be an agile communicator – adjust your style to the listener
