We will be meeting at Brooks Trailhead (where you can check out trail shoes, etc.) and then head over to GasWorks Park.
This training will get you prepared for your next Spartan Race. Whether you’re currently registered or need that extra push to get signed up, this training will prepare you for the endurance, strength, and technical skills needed to power through the race. It will combine all elements of training for a Spartan Race including bodyweight exercises, strength training, and group fitness.
Led by a SGX-certified coach, this will benefit both the fitness rookie and the seasoned veterans. In addition to learning new training techniques while meeting new friends!
Be prepared to run/walk, hike, jump, crawl, and get dirty! Bring water and wear sturdy shoes.
