There will be hills, trails and bodyweight exercises involved. 100% TEAMWORK. This event is for ALL FITNESS LEVELS! Bring plenty of HYDRATION & ELECTROLYTES to last up to 4 hours ( Please don't be that one who passes out) these items are important to keep you feeling strong throughout the event (your body will thank you for it). What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
PLEASE ARRIVE EARLY PARKING GETS FILLED QUICKLY. CARPOOLING IS THE BEST CHOICE. DON'T PARK WHERE THERE'S A "PERMIT PARKING ONLY" SIGN POSTED, YOU WILL RECEIVE A TICKET. MAKE SURE TO DOUBLE CHECK SIGNS TO SEE IF YOUR ABLE TO PARK ON THAT STREET. (NO RESTROOMS AT LOCATION)
Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
Under 18 years of age are FREE!
What can/can't I bring to the event?
BRING A BRICK and write a motivational quote on it, you will carry this with you the entire workout and perform exercises with it. BRING GLOVES your hands will make contact with the dirt terrian during this event.

NO. There will be a printed Guest List sheet with names of those that signed up through the link.
