I am a certified Oula instructor and have been for 1.5 years. I was obsessed with Oula for 3 years prior to becoming an instructor. Once I learned we were relocating to Boise, I KNEW I had to become an instructor as Boise does not have Oula yet and I couldn't live without it.

My passion for Oula runs very deep. Out of all the different exercises l tried, as well as professional help, Oula was thee only thing that brought me out of a three year postpartum depression. I feel forever indebted to it, plus, it genuinely is a fun way to spend an hour;)

What inspires you?

People who put themselves out there, who live by what they preach. You can't get a class whoopin and hollerin if you yourself, as the instructor, aren't doing it. And when the whole class is screaming their head's off... it's downright magical. And music. Music can make me do anything.
