Description

Entrepreneurs’ Equity Roadmap - (Raising Money Without Giving Away the Business)

Raising money is hard! And just when you think you have figured it out, the rules seem to change. Why? The Golden Rule: “He who has the gold, makes the rules.” And investors don’t have a standard set of rules. So, how do you avoid the pitfalls of fund raising, including making sure you keep equity in your hands rather than the hands of investors?

Take-Aways

After completing this seminar and workshop, you will understand what the Entrepreneurs’ Equity Roadmap is and how it will benefit your organization. You will also develop an initial pass at a specific set of milestones that make sense for your specific organization.

Who Should Attend

Entrepreneurs, founders, and executives of new and growing businesses that plan to seek equity funding to finance their business. Angel and venture capitalists will also benefit from this approach for companies in which they are considering investing.
