Laura Classen, Executive Director of The Nebraska Angels will discuss how startups go about raising angel funds, the life cycle of startup capital needs and factors for determining when capital is needed as well as the valuation of an early stage company.
In addition, she will highlight Angel investing from the investor’s point of view, including what it means to be an Angel investor, the qualities Angels look for in potential deals, how investment decisions are made, and the amounts Angels typically invest.
