Spark Club is back! We've tapped a team of education-focused emerging leaders to help advance the conversation and bring a focus to educational innovation in Dallas.
How often do you get to brainstorm with a group of smart, random individuals? If you can't remember the last time you did, bring your ideas and an open mind to the brainstorming event of the season.
We have asked representatives of educational organizations, both for-profit and non-profit, to bring their challenges to a group of un-like-minded individuals who are filled with good ideas and a desire to help. After short presentations by three organizations, interested participants will join members of the SMU Innovation Gym to ideate solutions to the challenge of their choice in one of Dallas' most unique settings. This is a pitch-free stage so you won't have to worry about being solicited for a donation or finding a monetary solution to a problem.
Plato said it best: "Necessity is the mother of invention." Never has our educational system needed more innovation around its problem solving. We hope you can join us to create change one idea at a time.
