About this event
Come find community and meditation in movement! This weeks yoga will be all new to Sparge! We will start off with a slow flow class and end with a restorative practice. The best of both worlds of yoga! So bring your mat, blocks, pillows and blankets. Feel free to message me directly if you have any questions on what all of this means and why all the props ;) Afterwards stay for drinks and a food truck!
