A modern interpretation of classic tapas dishes from the Spanish cooking tradition featuring Serrano ham, shellfish, potatoes, peppers and croquettes. We will create a Potato Tortilla, Seafood Chorizo, Garlic Shrimp, and other savory small plates. Our creations will be topped with Garlic Aioli and Red Pepper Romesco.
