Join us for a FREE introduction to Five Realms Meditative Movement with a practice session on Saturday, January 7, at 8 – 9 AM or 2 – 3 PM. Relieve holiday stress and start the new year by moving your body, balancing your mind and harmonizing your spirit. Participants will review Form 1, and will be introduced to Form 2. Students will learn new ways of practicing, including Paths, Variations, and Methods. We will also discuss how Five Realms concepts can improve your life. Wear flexible clothes.
