Description
This is the third annual Space Apps NYC Conference! This year's conference will take place at Hudson Yards, a new neighborhood in Midtown West. We have a great lineup of speakers to talk about commercial space, STEM education, Earth observation, and the collaboration between civil and commercial organizations in space. To kick the day off, we have an opening keynote by Anousheh Ansari, the first female private space explorer!
We will also have a full day of interactive workshops including an Intro to Python, Intro to Unity Augmented Reality, Amazon Web Services, building ideas into startups, and many more!

FAQs
Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
Anyone of any age may attend, however we do not admit minors unaccompanied by an adult. We do provide free daycare during the event, if you would like to sign up for our daycare services then email operations@spaceapps.nyc.
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
Hudson Yards is conveniently located in Midtown West. The closest train is the 7 train at the Hudson Yards stop, otherwise you can take the
- A/C/E to 34th and 8th
- 1/2/3 to 34th and 7th
- B/D/F/M/N/Q/R/W to 34th St - Harold Square
It is within walking distance from Penn Station and about 10 blocks south of the Port Authority Bus Terminal.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Yes.
Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?
No.
Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?
No, due to building security restrictions we require photo identification presented at the time of registration.
