Sowing Seeds Workshops
Take part our free family friendly making workshops as part of the Sowing Seeds project. All the work created at the workshops will be showcased at Sowing Seeds Performance on 2nd April 2017 at Burscough Community Farm. Sowing Seeds is a project by Edgehill University students, Walk the Plank and Burscough Community Farm.
Craft and Making Workshop #1
Put on your crafting hats and join us for our Making Workshop.
A family fun day of creative prop making for Sowing Seeds performance, guided by designer and puppet-maker Eilidh Bryan and Edgehill University alumni designer Samantha Airey .

Movement and Music Workshop #2
Spark your imagination through a fun movement and music workshop led by choreographer Trixi Bold and Edgehill University alumni dancer Sophie Trueman.
All levels welcome, just bring yourself, your enthusiasm and a sense of humour.
Workshop Dates: Sunday 26 March 2017
Workshops are suitable for all ages. Groups and individuals are welcome.

Workshop Times: 11.30am - 1.30pm - ALL FULLY BOOKED

About the Project
Sowing Seeds is the realisation of a mentoring programme by Walk the Plank creative practitioners, to support the next generation of outdoor artist graduates and undergraduates from Edge Hill University. It is a creative collaboration between Burscough Community Farm participants, local residents, Edge Hill University and Walk the Plank.
Sowing Seeds is co-directed by Paula Simms and Rosin Fletcher, with designer Eilidh Bryan and choreographer Trixi Bold. And Edge Hill alumni artists Sophie Trueman, Naledi Withers, Samantha Airey and Alice Lapworth. It is a partnership project between Edge Hill University and Walk the Plank Learning, supported by Arts Council England.
