Description
This Annual Symposium offers a full day of presentations and interaction with over 200 of Southwest Florida’s land managers, contractors, consultants and landowners. It is held at Florida Gulf Coast University, inside the student union building. The workshop is only $10 for professionals and FREE for Students. Up to 7 CEU’s are provided!
Concurrent to the main Symposium, we will also be offering an "Invasive Plants 101: Identification and Treatment of EDRR Plants" Class during the morning and the afternoon. Come learn how to identify “new threats” and “to be watched” invasive plants; review Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) standards, treatment methods; and the why and how plant species invade Florida. Each Invasive Plants 101 Class is limited to 30 participants.
Professionals have 3 Registration Options to choose from, but You MUST choose ONLY ONE Option:
Option A is entire DAY in the Ballroom/Main Session
Option B is morning in Ballroom and AFTERNOON in EDRR 101 Class in Rm 213
Option C is MORNING in EDRR 101 Class in Rm 213, afternoon in Ballroom
