FAQ~RULES AND REGULATIONS
CHECK-IN: Starts at 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. (ALL VENDORS MUST CHECK-IN BY 10:30 a.m. at the latest). Vendors if you have not CHECKED IN, SPOKEN TO SBWC, alternatively, UNLOADED INTO YOUR SPACE BY 10:45 a.m., your space will (REASSIGNED), and you will not be refunded. Be on time.
SPACE ASSIGNMENTS: Space assignment numbers will be given at the registration check-in. Volunteers will be assisting vendor with locating their space.
UNLOADING: Vendors are allowed to unload in front of the event doors. Afterward, they must move their vehicles to the back of the parking lot. SBWC will have staff on hand to aid vendors who need help unloading.
CLEANUP: Vendors are responsible for the clean-up of their areas.
VENDOR SALES: SBWC agrees to the sale of one 6ft table and two chairs for 5 hours. Vendor fees are $65 per table. In the case of a shared table, the vendor will be charged an additional $20. Vendors can pay for a shared table at the time of setup (no marketing will be done for the shared vendor).
CANCELLATION POLICY and CANCELLATION DEADLINE. You must give SEVEN days CANCELLATION NOTICE if you are unable to attend the event. IF YOU DO NOT CANCEL A WEEK IN ADVANCE, you will be marked as a NO SHOW and will not be entitled to a refund. If this occurs, your payment will be processed as a donation. There are no exceptions.
ADVERTISING & MARKETING: SBWC will aggressively market the event, as well as paid authors products and name, up until the date of the event. Marketing resources; consisting, of Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Flyers, word of mouth, and local media outlets.

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
No, there is no age requirement for attendees attending the event. Vendors will need to show there ticket to setup a table for the event.
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
Attendees have several options for parking (FREE)
- COWARDIN AVENUE AND PERRY STREET (Beside the Mini Storage Facility)
- ON STREET PARKING
- PARKING LOT ACROSS FROM RICHMOND CHRISTIAN CENTER
What can I bring into the event?
Vendors- Items/products
no weapons, alcoholic beverages, or any itmes that would endanger another.

Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?
No, the vendor who purchased the ticket is the one who will be honored
Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?
No, not unless the ticket purchased is a gift. If that is the case, that information must be disclosed to the organizer before the date of the event or during the purchasing process.
