Southold Opera and Southold Historical Society Holiday Concert
The Southold Historical Society and The Southold Opera are very pleased to invite the French American Choir of New York to celebrate their Holiday Concert on:
Sunday December 18th, 2016 at 3pm
at the Southold Opera in Southold, on Long Island in New York.
The Southold Opera is very proud and honored to host the Southold Historical Society’s Victorian Holiday Concert fundraising gala as one of its first official performances following the renovation of the building.
The French American Choir of New York along withThe Southold Opera Choir and Soloists will perform together a Holiday Concert on a Victorian era theme, conducted by Anne-Julia Audray owner and artistic director of the Southold Opera and accompanied but the pianist Fabio Bezuti. Two young ballerinas Ellie Schultz and Alexis Stavrinos from the Moya Strast Ballet Theater will perform solos choreographed by Cheryl Rains. A speaker from the Southold Historical Society will give a brief presentation of the Victorian era carols.
Composers like Mozart, Bach, Lully, Rameau, Offenbach, Caccini, and popular Holiday songs will be part of the program.
For each ticket sold, the Southold Opera will give $5 to the Southold Historical Society.
