Nominees will receive an official and separate invitation to the Leadership Impact Awards event on August 17, 2017 once all nominations have been received.

University of Phoenix Southern California is proud to present the Leadership Impact Awards 2017 to recognize alumni and community partners (local association, chamber, community college, employer or non-profit) who have helped us achieve our University vision and mission. We will highlight the accomplishments of individuals and community partners that have made great strides in impacting the local community, setting high education standards and providing career-relevant higher education for working adults. Don’t miss this opportunity to receive top recognition at our Leadership Impact Awards 2017.

The nomination period for this year’s Leadership Impact Awards opens from April 1, 2017 through July 1, 2017. Please submit nominations to recognize key influencers in the local community. Nominations can come from students, faculty, staff, alumni and community organizations. Each nomination will be reviewed and finalists will be considered by the Southern California leadership team.

Opportunities for recognition for alumni or partner:

  • DISTINGUISHED ALUMNI AWARD – The University of Phoenix Distinguished Alumni Award recognizes outstanding alumni who have used their education to excel professionally, provide inspirational leadership to others, and provide service to our community.

  • EXCELLENCE IN COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIP AWARD – The Excellence in Community Partnership Award will be presented to a community agency/chamber/community college/employer that demonstrates excellence in collaborative work with university students and faculty, resulting in a partnership that produces positive differences in the community and enhances student learning.

  • GRAND IMPACT AWARD – The Grand Impact Award recognizes a University of Phoenix alumnae or community partner who has exemplified the mission of University of Phoenix and has demonstrated an extraordinary commitment to promoting community engagement and educational development.
