You're invited to the SEPA Wellness Coalition's Fall 2018 meeting

"Warm Handoff: A Public Health Strategy to Adress the Opioid Epidemic"

The Warm Handoff program aims to ensure a seamless transition for opioid overdose survivors from emergency medical care to specialty substance use disorder (SUD) treatment, thus improving the prospect of recovery. Hear from the individuals involved in various aspects of the program.
