Description

South Park Stroll

Friday, August 30 - 10AM

Explore the rich history of Billings' South Side. On this tour, we’ll look at Billings’ railroad beginnings, learn the influence of the sugar beet factory and walk through South Park. This walk stems from our work with residents of the South Side and Healthy By Design.

This tour begins at South Park (east side of the Park, near the gazebo). Park is located at South 28th Street (South Broadway) and 6th Avenue South. Call if you need directions.

Reserve tickets online.

Tours run about one hour thirty minutes and require comfortable walking shoes. These popular tours will interest both Montana residents and visitors to the State. Street parking near South Park should be available.

Tickets are available at the time of the walk: $10 for adults, $5 for students, children (under 12) are free (up to 2 per paying adult).
