Featuring the Tucan Trio, renowned Israeli-Brazilian ensemble, and the world premiere of “Yah Ribon,” by Jeremiah Klarman, and honoring Cantor Elias Rosemberg
The Zamir Chorale of Boston takes you “South of the Border” with music from Venezuela, Brazil and Argentina. Our program includes Israeli adaptations of popular South American tunes and dances, as well as some of the most exciting choral songs by Latin American composers. With the world premiere of Jeremiah Klarman’s “Yah Ribon” and collaboration with the Tucan Trio and Cantor Elias Rosemberg, you will be guaranteed a sizzling songfest!
Donors who contribute at the Patron level ($360) or above will be entitled to:
- Complimentary tickets in reserved seating to South of the Border
- Complimentary admission to post-concert reception

Led by Artistic Director Joshua Jacobson, one of the world's leading authorities on Jewish choral music, and who founded Zamir in 1969, Zamir has made it its mission to bring the finest examples of Jewish choral music in the most refined performances to a variety of audiences.
