South Jersey Run Retreats - 3 Day Event

At South Jersey Running Retreats, you will increase your knowledge about running, sample local cross-training studios, bond with the fitness community, and strengthen your body!
This retreat requires a willingness to work hard and lots of sweat, but you will be rewarded with new friendships, a sampling of cross training regimens to try, a runner-specific swagbag, and a brunch to end the weekend!
Whether you want to step your training up a notch or start your Spring training the right way, this weekend is for you. All paces welcome!

11:30 am Brunch @ Heart Beet Kitchen
