On July 3rd each year when South Fork is celebrating Independence day, South Fork Fire Rescue hosts the annual catfish fry fundraiser at the fire department. This year, due to COVID-19 there will be some changes to the event which will include limited seating, drive through take out lines and no silent auction and the option to purchase tickets prior to the day of the event to name a few.
