South Eastern Tiny House Festival

Hummingbird TINY Home Rentals is proud to present the second annual South Eastern Tiny House Festival hosted in Danville, GA.

Speak with and learn from real tiny home owners, celebrate with family fun and fall activities, shop from local vendors, and hear from some great speakers about the tiny house movement. This year's festival includes a hayride, a pumpkin patch, and even a petting zoo!

Saturday Hours: 10am - 6pm

Sunday Hours: 10am - 5pm

$20 if prepurchased with Eventbrite

$25 at the gate

Kids 13 & under free with paid parent or guardian ticket.

Please note: Pets are not allowed on the Festival premises.

Students (with student ID): use the code STUDENT before ticket selection to access the student discount.

Seniors (55+): use the code SENIOR before ticket selection to access the senior discount.

Military (with military ID): use the code MILITARY before ticket selection to access the military discount.

Accessibility note:

As a result of their construction, tiny houses and homes at this year's festival require stairs to access and are not wheelchair accessible. However, there are several wheelchair-friendly activities to enjoy, including hearing from the many vendors in the world of housing and micro-living and listening to the housing experts and policy makers in the speaker lineup. We are also willing to work with anyone unable to view the homes due to these restrictions.
