South Dallas, it's time to celebrate!
Dallas Free Press and the Dallas Weekly have partnered for more than two years to listen to and learn from our neighbors about the issues that matter most. This interactive, drop-in happy hour event looks at where we are and where we're headed, and features:
- cocktails by Kendra's Cocktails
- light bites from Catering Done Wisely
- DJ King Shakur
- raffle prizes
- giveaways
- photo ops
- ways for you to participate in community-powered journalism!

This event is FREE for anyone who lives in the South Dallas neighborhood (generally zip codes 75215 & 75210), as our way of thanking you for your feedback and involvement in our community journalism. Simply include your address and contact info for a free ticket.
