Description

The third year of the South Carolina Thoracic Society’s conference will cover a broad range of topics in pulmonary and critical care including alpha-1 antitrypsin deficiency, lung cancer, severe asthma, interstitial lung disease, non-invasive ventilation, and other advances in critical care. It will include up to 8.5 hrs of CME lectures which have been designed specifically for the pulmonary and critical care specialist. New features this year include fellows poster presentations, and case presentations with “Ask the Expert” . Many opportunities will be provided to the participants for questions and comments, as well as, networking with colleagues across the region.

The conference will be hosted at the Renaissance Charleston Historic District hotel and will combine learning with the scenic and historic backdrop of downtown Charleston.
