About this event
In this hands-on class you will learn how to make, shape, and score sourdough bread. Enjoy a slice hot out of the oven with farm fresh toppings and taste a sampling of my favorite sourdough based recipes. You will take home supplies needed to make beautiful loaves in your own kitchen and 2 loaves of dough to bake the next day. Bring an appetite and all your questions.
Materials to bring: Apron, large mixing bowl, and a kitchen scale (extras available if you forget)
Space is limited to 12 people.
