About this Event

The purpose of our events is to Explain + Experience the potential of the mind, through Gong Meditation and while creating a community for socializing with like-minded people, improving empathy and collective intelligence.

Every Sunday night we address a different modality for practicing Meditation, Self-Hypnosis, getting into Flow State, to learn how to get maximum benefits from the SOUND Meditation Experience.

Through a progressive relaxation and guided imagery, the group is led into a deep, hypnotic Sound Immersion surrounded by powerful Planetary Tuned Gongs, Quartz Crystal Bowls, Ocean Drums, Brass Singing Bowls and by a diversity of Sounds and Aromas to create the cognitive dissonance that opens a door through our critical mind allowing a profound inner exploration into the subconscious mind, while the body is comfortably relaxed and tuned-in with the Vibrations and Sounds.

WHAT TO BRING

Create your comfort spot, wear loose, comfortable clothing and come to enjoy the SoundBath Meditation experience.

We recommend to take with you:


a yoga mat, cozy blankets, a little pillow or support for your head.

Many people love to put a foam-roll under their knees. In this way, your lower back will be in the most natural and comfortable position during the one-hour Sound immersion.
