Is there parking on site?

Yes there is secured free parking on site of the chapel with security.

Does this event require physical movement?

The event will not require movement unless you feel called to. A Sound Healing experience is usually enjoyed in a lying or restorative position. If you prefer to sit up while meditating that is fine as well. We will do some light stretching to get grounded at the end.
