Upon arrival, you'll be invited to select 2 oracle cards that call to you. These will serve as intuitive guidance that will be revealed at the end of the session for reflection and deeper insight.
🧘♀️ Healing Sound Bath + Meditation
Melt into your yoga mat and allow the healing frequencies of crystal sound bowls to wash over you. This immersive sound bath will help clear stagnant energy, balance your chakras, and bring you into a state of calm, clarity, and alignment.
🪷 Oracle Circle Share + Insight
We’ll close with a gentle circle where those who feel called can share their oracle card insights, messages and emotions. This is a beautiful way to anchor your healing and feel seen in a heart-centered community.
Yoga mats will be included. Please dress in layers as your body temperature may experience sensations of warmth and/or coldness.

Yes, there is free parking around the entire building!
Enter the front or side door of the building, and use the stairs or elevator to get to the third floor. From there you will find room #308 Healthletica Hot Yoga + Wellness in the third floor hallway.
Yoga mats will be included and I suggest dressing in layers as your body temperature may experience sensations of warmth and coldness throughout the sound bath meditation. You are free to bring water bottles, pillows, blankets, etc!
