This guided yoga session uses wireless Sound Off™ headphones to connect with practitioners, eliminating external distractions so that only the music and instructor’s voice are heard through the headphones.

About Jeska:

Jeska Brodbeck is a full-time professional yoga teacher based in Miami, Florida. Jeska was trained at one of the top yoga schools in the U.S., Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health in the Berkshires, Massachussetts and has practiced yoga for over 12 years. Her teaching style is an open-hearted vinyasa practice which encourages students to explore their edge, all the while having compassion for where they are. Jeska works with business executives to support them in creating balance — less anxiety & stress and more efficiency & focus. She also loves to work with individuals looking to not simply “do” yoga but to bring the practice into their life to experience greater peace in every moment.
