Sound Healing Weekend Intensive Workshop with David Gibson

How sound affects us physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually with many heart opening meditations.

You will learn advanced techniques for using the voice, playing crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, tuning forks and other Sound Healing instruments. We will also practice doing treatments on yourself and each other.

You will learn basic concepts of healing based on Sound, Music and Vibration. This includes releasing stuck emotions, transforming negative beliefs, and doing brainwave entrainment with rhythms.

You will also learn how to access higher consciousness with sound. We will do exercises to access Universal Love and Oneness with sound.

You will also learn to create your own peaceful state with sound in the midst of any challenge or conflict.

But most importantly, we will do many heart opening sound meditations using crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs and the voice. David will lead us into some powerful vibrational fields of gratitude, compassion, love and joy -- as well as that place where we are one with the Universe.
