Take 90 minutes just for you… On Sunday 9th November at 3.30pm, Pilates Place Yeerongpilly will transform into a calming space for a unique evening experience guided by Sabrina from @koko.projectyou. This session combines three powerful practices: Ceremonial Cacao – a warm, heart-opening drink to help you slow down and drop into the present moment. Guided Breathwork – gentle techniques to clear mental clutter, calm the nervous system, and reconnect with yourself. Sound Healing – the soothing vibrations of crystal bowls to deeply relax your body and mind
