A 75-minute sound bath curated with 11 crystal singing bowls, 2 Himalayan singing bowls, various bells, chimes, sea drums and rain sticks.
Join Lindsey in a 75 minute sound bath dedicated to the softness of the Fall/ autumn season. This sound bath will remind you of how we need rest, in this time of the Fall Mother Earth starts turning inward for rest, the leaves fall (not really in Florida) and it leads us to true rest which is WINTER. So come and join Lindsey in a ceremony dedicated to rest and the acceptance of the life cycle that is winter to come. Breathwork and meditation incluced in this sound bath!
- Wear comfy clothes
- Bring water (gotta stay hydrated)
- Bring extra pillows or blankets (optional) ** we will have props and blankets available
