A cannabis-friendly sound bath journey blending sound, breathwork, meditation, and heartfelt connection to deepen your bond with yourself and everything.
Gather around the ‘campfire’ and join us for a unique weekly, cannabis-friendly sound bath medicine journey. This is an invitation to deepen your connection with yourself and the world around you. Together, we’ll experience the healing power of sound baths, breathwork, meditation, heartfelt conversations, and the cozy glow of a (faux) fire circle. If you’re ready to relax your mind, immerse in soothing vibrations, and build meaningful connections within a like-minded community, you are warmly welcomed.
This sound bath will be a bit different from traditional sessions. It includes interactive elements, such as group sharing, and some activities are new, being explored for future events. Cannabis will be part of the experience, along with other meditative and energy practices that may include yoga nidra, reiki, chanting or mantra, qigong, toning, singing, humming, and pranayama.
During this 120-minute in-person session, you’ll be enveloped in the calming tones of instruments like crystal singing bowls, harmonium, Tibetan bowls, gong, chimes, drums, and voice. The harmonious blend of sounds creates gentle vibrations that encourage relaxation, inner balance, and a sense of renewal.

What to Expect:
(subject to change based on group energy)
[Part 0: Introductions and Chit-Chat]
Part 1: Blessing & Spirit Leaf Ritual
The circle opens with a blessing to the space and souls. We tune the body with simple seated stretches and breathwork.
Part 2 — Incense Ceremony & Energy Release
With the sharing rattle we share and reflect on being mindful and present or other topic. Occasionally we'll release a cathartic collective "yell".
Part 3 — Sound Bath Meditation
A guided meditation with crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, harmonium, and miscellaneous shamanic instruments.
Part 4 — 2 Minute Meditation Sprint
We gently enter a 2 minute seated meditation after our cleansing sound journey.
(—Intermission—)
Part 5 — Energy Work
Depending on time and the collective energy we'll dive back into the sound bath, which transitions into energy work with wind chimes, Graham's "zesting", and closing of the circle.
Part 6 — Farewell Song & Integration
Group goodbye song and conclude with sharing experiences in a supportive circle.
