Take some time out for yourself with this sound bath session including a drum journey to meet your spirit animals/guides.

Get comfortable and lay (or sit) back as Marie guides you into a deeply restful state, beginning with some simple grounding + awareness of the breath and then using a combination of Himalayan singing bowls and other instruments to guide you on a relaxing sound experience. An extended drum journey will take you on a deeper exploration into different realms to potentially connect with spirit animals or guides.

FAQS

~ Do I need experience with sound baths or meditation?

Not at all, sound baths are a great intro to meditative states.

~ Do I have to be still the whole time?

You'll be invited to make yourself comfortable for the sound bath in either a seated or lying position. While folks generally don't move so much throughout the session you are welcome to move around/adjust as long as it doesn't disturb other participants.

~ What if I fall asleep?

People often get into such a relaxed state they drift off and this is fine! If you start snoring I may come gently squeeze your foot to wake you. You still receive all of the benefits of the experience.
