Sound instruments have been used for centuries in mystic medicine to stimulate relaxation, help shift blockages and trigger healing.

Through use of note combinations, rhythm and tone, sound vibrations can have a very specific and profound effect on your energy system. 

We spend so much of our lives living in mental states of the past and future. Worrying, replaying events, overthinking. Being present and grounded in our own body feels foreign. If we are never present, we can't align with our inner voice which is the real guide we should be following. 

A sound bath is a meditative experience, an opportunity to get out of your head and into your body. You will lying on a mat, with a pillow and blanket as sound healing instruments play around you.

All you need to do is let go.
