Sound Bath

join us at stellar yoga in new paltz for a sound bath meditation!

relax and receive the frequencies of singing bowls, chimes, the voice and the gong, as you are guided on a journey through sound. this sound bath is intended to promote deep relaxation, increased creativity, mood elevation + clarity. take some time for yourself to deeply rest, unwind, and center yourself during this mercury retrograde.

cushions and other props will be provided, but feel free to bring a blanket or other item to make you feel comforable and cozy.
