What time to arrive at the venue?

Please arrive 10 minutes before the event, this will allow you to settle in and give 10 minutes allowance at the end of class. Your body and mind feels relax that you don't want to rush before and after the session. Door will be closed 3 minutes before the session begins.

What to bring for the session?

The temperature will drop as you stay still during the session, it is ideal to have a blanket to support on the floor and cover the body to keep you warm. You may bring cushion to give you comfort and water to keep you hydrate before and after the session. Please bring sleeping eye mask if you need.
