About this event
The Sound Bath begins with some gentle movement and tapping to wake up the body. this is followed by a lying down guided Somatic Meditation which encourages relaxation and release of tension ; you will then be lead on a Sound Journey with the beautiful tones of the Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls.
It is an opportunity to release, recharge and restore. You will leave feeling more open and intune.
